We have recently listed some outstanding businesses in the coastal Garden Route area between Jeffreys Bay and Mosselbay. These include a plant hire company, wood merchant including furniture manufacturing, power tools retailer and a service station including a convenient store and dealership. These range in asking price between R1.1 mil - R6.5 mil. All of these businesses have survived the credit crunch and economic downturn of the last two years and have shown encouraging signs of growth in the aftermath. The annual holiday influx of visitors have started, but the Eden ditrict, including Plett, Knysna, George and Mosselbay have been battling a severe water shortage. We ask that all visitors to the area please assist us in using water wisely.
