Well another busy festive season in Knysna has come and gone, with the exception that our phones never stopped ringing as visitors fell in love with Knysna and its surrounds. The safe, virtually crime free, environment has become a business hub on its own as people realise that it is far from the sleepy hollow it was in the eighties. People enquiring about armed robberies aimed at business owners were pleasantly surprised to hear that these are things we only hear about on the news and not common-place in Knysna at all. Crime and Knysna have about as much in common as Barack Obama and Robert Mugabe.

The bottle store that we have for sale has never experienced the criminal invasion associated with similar businesses in major centres and remains a good buy. The same applies to the retailer specialising in blinds and awnings (small manufacturing component). Both these businesses have been around since the beginning of time and goes from strength to strenght. As a matter of fact, if you can think of any type of business, we have it here in Knysna…….. From franchises for sale to coffee shops and butcheries……From small income generating retail/office entities to major shopping centres for sale. Let’s not forget about the Self catering and B&B establishments.
